Is DB2 LUW dying a slow death
Hi
this is a somber e-mail , I work in the UK and I can not remember a time when new opportunities for DB2 Professional was at such a low, has any one got any thoughts? From my perspective Open source database seems to be taking over.

No but a very quick death instead. Almost everyone is moving to cloud solutions and moving away from DB2 as IBM has been failing to retain its customers and not focusing on collaboration with Major cloud vendors like AWS.
