Forgot DB2 login email and password. How to delete profile

Hi,

One of my friends whi used to work at IBM 4-5 years ago, had a profile. He now wants to delete it, but since he does not work for IBM, he cannot remember his id or password.

Is there a way to contact the Admins, to delete the profile for him?
