Enabling Applications from Oracle to DB2 the Easy Way

This is a recording of the DB2 Chat with the Lab webinar held on July 16, 2009.

DB2 9.7 for Linux, Unix, and Windows has out-of-the-box support for Oracle's SQL and PL/SQL dialects. This allows many applications written for Oracle to execute virtually unchanged with DB2. In this chat Serge Rielau, SQL Architect for DB2 LUW, provides an overview of Oracle compatability features in DB2 9.7. Bernie O'Connor - Director IT, Anixter, Brett Annadale - CEO, AnnanTech, and Gene Ostrovsky - VP R&D, ExactCost, also share their Oracle to DB2 9.7 porting/enablement experiences. The webinar ends with a ~30min questions and answers session.

Thank you, I appreciate that very much. I was checking out a book on the new HTML5 and the plug in that Firefox has for embeded video.
