InfoSphere Federation Server 9.7 has significant enhancements as well - in addition to supporting new DB2 9.7 data types such as DECFLOAT and TIMESTAMP(n), this release also supports JDBC connections for access to more data sources, and enhancements in performance and concurrent request management.
