Attempt to create the database "SAMPLE" failed.

I installed DB2 Express-C in my computer running in Windows Vista Home Premium OS. But as I run First Steps and install SAMPLE database, I encountered this error Attempt to create the database "SAMPLE" failed.
SQL5005C System Error.
Please help. Thanks!
