I just upload one of the videos again, and it looks like it is still showing black screen with the voice on both Firefox and IE browsers. These files are in mp4 format created by Camtasia 6. I am able to view these videos on my machine before uploading them to ChannelDB2. Should I reproduce these videos in wmv format instead, or should I upload them vimeo and then reference to that link?
