Sample database creation error

installed DB2 Express-C in my computer running in Windows Vista Business OS. But as I run First Steps and install SAMPLE database, I encountered this error Attempt to create the database "SAMPLE" failed.SQL5005C System Error. Please help. Thanks!See More

Choose it and when the command window opens, run C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN\db2sampl.
