Author Credentials
Mario Godinez is Executive IT Architect and IBM Senior Certified IT Architect within IBM's Worldwide Information On Demand Architecture team. He co-founded IBM Software Group's Information Management Technical Enablement team, and has spent 15+ years helping IBM financial and industrial customers architect and implement complex enterprise solutions.

Eberhard Hechler
is Chief Architect of the European IBM Information On Demand Technical Center of Excellence. As Senior Certified IT Architect (SCITA) and Executive IT Architect, he is a technical leader of the Information Management organization at the IBM Germany Research and Development Lab. He co-authored Enterprise Master Data Management.

Klaus Koenig is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and has been involved in IT for 20 years. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of IT architecture management and IT infrastructure design. As key innovator and chief technology executive he is currently leading several development and transformation initiatives, the major ones in the area of Cloud Computing, Green IT, Service Lifecycle Management and IT Process Automation.

Steve Lockwood
works in IBM Software Group as a Lead Architect and within IBM's Business Intelligence practice (a part of Global Business Services). He has been involved in all aspects of the development of information related projects, covering Data Warehousing, analytics, Information Integration for CRM solutions and development of Master Data Management solutions.

Martin Oberhofer
is a Senior Technical Consultant at IBM and a member of the World-Wide IBM Software Group Master Data Management Center of Excellence. His areas of expertise are Master Data Management, database technologies, Java development and IT system integration.

Michael Schroeck is a Partner and the Global Business Intelligence (BI) and Information on Demand (IOD) Leader for IBM, Global Business Services. Mike has a proven track record in having guided project teams in the design and successful implementation of large, complex BI/IOD Solutions (e.g., decision support, integrated analytics, data warehousing, data mining, etc.) for a wide range of clients.
